Hi I have a home on an holiday island on samui thailand. I am renting out a villa 560m2 in an 3500m2 garden
right next to the Marriott and banyan tree Hotel and I am looking for customer who like to stay mid to longterm. Because this is not always possible the minimum rent is 30 days at a much higher daily rate than if you would rent for 6 month or 1 year. How can I avoid chasing after customer who s intention was to rent for 6 month at a big discount but leaving the house after 1 month and have only paid the discounted fee.
can anybody give me advice how it works good for both sides…..deposit etc…..kind regards ike
