Looking for a local super host in Grand Rapids and Ann Arbor

Getting into this slowly but we are a small development company throughout the State of Michigan. Looking for someone to host one loft we have in Ann Arbor and one in Grand Rapids- two local hosts obviously. Both are right downtown. If relationship and experience goes well for both sides then more to be added.
