Looking for a new Tax Accountant

Hi folks - we are moving on from our current CPA, so we are looking for a new tax accountant, ideally someone who has experience with landlord / short term rental income. If anyone has any recommendations we would greatly appreciate it. We are based in San Francisco but are open to working with someone anywhere in the nation (our last accountant was based in New York). Thank you!

I use an accounting firm based out of Arizona because they do the taxes for my other business. But, honestly taxation for a STR isn't particularly complex, especially if you just have one listing.  So, searching for an accountant who has STR experience may not be as important as searching for an great accountant who has broad small biz experience.
