Hi I’m in NC The Triangle area and I been in the Airbnb business for about a 1year now. And love it I had a unit that was doing very well with but unfortunately I made a mistake in getting a unit in a family member’s name and they blackmailed me and got the unit tooken. So that’s a Lesson Learned and won’t happen again. Now I’m stuck looking for another place to host **

I wouldn't necessarily call setting up a listing on Airbnb which didn't work out and only having only five reviews making  you 'very experienced' as a host @Diamond47 

If you want to offer professional co-hosting services; rent a room in your home to gain Superhost Status, learn how to use all the STR platforms, how to commission cleaners and trades people,  how STR legislation works, how to deal with difficult guests, how to market listings etc.

Then you can invest in some market research to develop a marketing plan to promote your cohosting services to hosts who you have identified as your target market.
