MISSING THREE PAYOUTS!!!

Hello!

Do You know what to do? I didn't receive three payouts for two weeks. Nobody can help me. Airbnb is telling me that I should contact with the bank or the payoneer. Payoneer doesn't want to talk with me at all. My bank needs the swift type of confirmations to try to help me which Airbnb and payonner (the don't contact) can give me. Really, for the first time in my life I do not know what to do. Nobody knows anything and telling me to contact with someone else...

This is so unprofessional. It seems like not funny joke!

@Piotr48 I'm afraid not, the only update I have is exactly that. I'm sorry I don't have much more influence in this though please do let us know how you get on!

I have the same problem , no payment  although the guest has paid air Bnb so they have the money but are not passing it on. This is totally unacceptable ,I will be asking air bnb to cover my bank expenses incurred and now considering switching to booking .com
