Hello, I am doing fine thanks for asking, hope you’re fine too.

I have beach houses in the Mexican Gulf so it’s a combination of jungle and beach.

Bugs and insects: you have to make your fumigation program to avoid insects, bugs and roaches. I do twice a year.

humidity and mites; try to ventilate the house before each check in;  use baking soda or any powder in the mattresses and furniture and vacuum them.

locks and hinges: try to keep your locks and hinges hydrated using special oil for them

I lived in the coast of Yucatan Mexico, my family Has a Beach house (front line) since we were kods. So those are family secrets hahaha !
