Managing Garbage Disposal

Hello, Iam host managing multi units in same property in Brampton and looking for the recommendations. Iam facing the issue with garbage disposal. As Brampton city provides one set of garbage/recycle container, they get filled and gets overfilled very frequently by the guests and this puts me at a risk of getting city tickets.
