Do I need to register my guests to the authorities?

If yes is there an online form?

unfortunately the AirBnB article has a non valid link to the city form.

I find from there only  references  to my duties but if it is to be done only through paper work would make it impossible to do it every couple of days!

I was hoping some Viennese host would tell me how to solve it

I saw the city link that leads to  a PDF form. I am really wondering if everybody goes back and forth with  scan copies of documents and paper forms daily to the police...

I did not know about the FB group! for sure I will find my answer there
