Missing payouts

Hi everyone，I did not get my payout on time from airbnb but on the app it says sent, I am a host for more than 1 year and this starts to happen after airbnb ask me to provide shareholders info (which I did) about my account. I did call customer service but they didn’t give me any answer.

It's been few days since you posted. Have you managed to speak to Airbnb Support to get the missing payouts sorted out?

No, I still don’t get my payout and the amount is getting larger. I did contact customer support but they didn’t have a clue.
