Modify booking with price change

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know in case a host changes the booking price and if the guest accepts that change, how long will you have to wait until airbnb pays you the difference amount?

If it is an increase of the price:

If the reservation has already started, i think (but never experienced) it is payed immediately, as when a reservation is extended the difference is also payed immediately (as i experienced within few hours)

If reservation has not started the scheduled payout is changed to the new amount.

However the payment I received is in the amount of the previous price, doesn't include the updated price.  I find it very strange

@Hugo546 I believe it is a long standing system glitch. You need to contact airbnb CS and request the outstanding amount for the extra days.

Hopefully, the amount is listed as pending in your payout list.
