Monthly Discounts

Airbnb has been applying a 96%  for my stays over 28 days. Currently I have no discount features turned on? Anybody knows why this is happening?

You probably have set (wrong) fixed prices for specific months. Check in section "discounts" the item  "monthly discount", click "set a custom price for a specific month"

Does the specific month price apply to bookings with more than one guest. 

Example: guest books place for two. Place is $1,400 for the month. But listing says $10 per additional guest beyond 1. Does the 1400 apply for both, or is the $10/per in addition to the fixed price?

Hey, it happens to me too-twice in 2 day...awfull, and I am now in panic mode. Can you please provide a screen shoot or more about "set a custom price for a specific month". Sorry, panic 😞

I got question, I had setup 25% diskontní for 1 month renta. Guset booked 28 nights [ its not 1 month] and was ale to aply for month discount. Ok, I can live with that, but he Wood paid 31000 CZK for 28 nights, with month discount he will pay only 19204,57 CZK. But 25% of 31000 should be 23250 CZK. So why is there that diference?
