My airbnb has not rented yet this summer

Hi there, I'd love some feedback. I'm surprised that I don't have any listings yet this summer. I had been renting my house short-term, and have opened up my dates for the summer. I am not sure why I've had no inquiries as compared to last year. Any insights would be welcome.

@Melissa2127 In many countries the market for airbnbs is saturated. There are just too many properties and if you are lucky to get booked you are unlikely to achieve the same prices as over the last two years.

Thanks for your response! I just spoke with another local airbnb renter, and they said it's super saturated this year and she is slow as well. Thanks for your help!
