Merhaba herkese Ben ahmet türkiye istanbulda bir ev sahipliği yapıyorum ilk rezervasyonumu 22 eylülde aldım ve bu zamana kadar toplam 17 rezervasyon aldım toplam puanım 4.9 buraya kadar baktığımızda herşey çok güzel fakat sorun burada başlıyor ödeme alma seçeneklerinide hangi banka bilgisi verirsem veriyim hiç bir banka bilgimi kabul etmiyor toplamda türklirası ile 100.000 lira alacağım var ama hiç birini alamadım ben türküm ve ingilizcem uzaktan konuşulacak kadar iyi değil malesef müşteri temsilcisini aradığımda ingilizce bilen personelimden destek alıyorum ama cevaplar hep aynı ödeme bilginizi güncelleyin demekten başka yardımda bulunmuyorlar lütfen bana bu konuda yardımcı olun eğer paylaşabiliyorsam wp numaram yada instagram hesabımı veriyim bana oralardan ulaşabilirsiniz ** wp numaram ** instagram  hesabım.

Hello everyone, I'm Ahmet, I host a house in Istanbul, Turkey. I made my first reservation on September 22nd and have received a total of 17 reservations so far. My total score is 4.9. Everything is great so far, but the problem starts here. No matter what bank information I provide regarding payment options, none of them accept my information. I have a total of 100,000 Turkish Lira to pay, but I haven't received any of them. I'm Turkish, and my English isn't good enough to be spoken remotely. Unfortunately, when I call the customer service, I get support from English-speaking staff, but the answers are always the same. They don't offer any help other than telling me to update my payment information. Please help me with this. If I can share it, I can give you my WP number or Instagram account. I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with this situation right now. Could you please let me know what message you’re seeing when you try to update your bank information for payment?

Hello Alex, the problem starts from here. It just tells me that the bank information is invalid and that I should add a new payment method. It doesn't give me any additional information. For example, if I entered a bank information and it says that the name is incorrect in the bank information, I will correct it. Or if it says that the IBAN number is incorrect, I will correct it, but it doesn't give me any additional information.
