Volt egy foglalásom ami lemondásra került, de kevesebb mint 24 órával előtte, tehát kifizetést kaptam, az IFA-t a rendszer beszedte.
A problémám azzal van, hogy a Vendégem alkalmazásban hogyan rögzítsem ezt a foglalást, illetve a számlát a vendégnek hogyan állítsam ki, mivel a vendég adatait nem volt alkalmam elkérni?

Customers support was very supportive but could not really help in this particular case. I contacted my previously assigned Hungarian super host mentor and got my question answered.
I am glad that this community exists and I am not left alone, knowing someone is trying to help whenever it is needed.
