My payment method has been frozen for no reason

At first I was notified that my guest did not pay and that if I didnt cancel the booking (4 months early) I would not be receiving payments from them.  They when my guest proved that she did pay, Airbnb informed me that my payout method is frozen and that if I cancel the reservation I will be charged.  For the last week I have been calling sometimes 3 times a day and every time I am promised that it is escalated case and is marked as urgent, that someone will call me within 24 hours.  Nobody has called as of yet, 6 days.  The escalated party has not even emailed or contacted me.  I have a guest living in my property and paying someone else while I am paying their bills out of pocket.  What would you do?  Has this happened to anyone else?

"They when my guest proved that she did pay, Airbnb informed me that my payout method is frozen and that if I cancel the reservation I will be charged."

Can you explain this in more detail, as it is confusing to me.

@Ro29   Have you contacted the bank or agency receiving your Air BNB payouts to see if there is an issue with that account?  I recently had the experience with Payoneer in which during the year that my listing was snoozed due to covid, my Payoneer account card expired and I needed to get another card.  Just a thought.

Hi @Ro29, I'm sorry to see you've been having this issue. I took the liberty of sending your details over to CS to speed things up. They confirmed there is an open case and is assigned to an ambassador working on the matter. They've updated it with the information I gave them, and they will be in touch with you ASAP. Thank you for your patience.
