My rental fees in Mexico are in Can $. Airbnb retains Mexican taxes in pesos. How do I find out the exchange rate they use?

Am Canadian, and new as an Airbnb host since Novembner 2020.   My rental fees and my BNB payout are in CAN $s, but I rent bungalows in Mexico.      Every month I have to report my rental earnings in Mexican Pesos.    Airbnb retains some of the Mexican taxes, but not all, for each rental in Mexican pesos, and submits them to the Mexican Government..      To do that, they have to convert the payment they receive in Canadian $ to Mexican Pesos.   How do I find out the exchange rate they use with each reservation?    If I am forced to guess, I could be over-reporting or under-reporting - meaning trouble either way.
