I used 721199 "All Other Traveler Accommodation" for my application but I'm not an expert. Seems like the best fit! It is listed as the right one to use for Guest Houses. NAICS Code 721199 - All other traveler accommodation (siccode.com)

I am currently working through the Chula Vista's short-term rental application. I tried inputting 721199, but the code wasn't recognized. Did you happen to find the correct SIC-NAICS code when applying for a permit?
