NRI living in Atlanta GA wanting to start hosting in my apartment in Mumbai

Hi, 

I am a regular guest at various Airbnbs and I have loved each of those experiences.  I have also hosted on and off in the last few years and have receieved raving reviews from guests that have used my airbnb listings.  I now live in Atlanta GA in the US and want to start hosting guests at my cozy apartment in Thane Mumbai.    I am here to learn more about what I need to do to seek proper licenses and to learn from other NRI guests that are hosting at their India properties.
