Airbnb doesn't cover the new Public Liability (Death) requirement by the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Acc being enforced on the 18 Dec 2020

Why can't Airbnb amend their current PL policy to include Death. currently they cover third party injury but not death.

We have two cabin and one house, so it will cost us thousands

This is just a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service.

But one thing I can tell you is that if you are relying on Airbnb's so-called insurance, that would be foolish- you always need your own STR rental insurance.
