NYC Class B buildings

After today's Webinar about NYC ordiances, i am more confused about the exemptions.

I own a two-family in Brooklyn.  I live there with my family on two floors, and the garden level is the airbnb unit.  It is listed as entire space, as the apt is private for them.

Are we a Class B listing?  I am so confused!
