Need guidance on Society and local civic body permissions required in Pune

Hi , 

I recently started Airbnb hosting and have gone through the articles that you need permission from your housing society and local civic body. But I am stuck at how part. In Municipal corporation no one knows what is airbnb so how to take permission. And in housing society they are simply saying only owner and tenants are allowed to enter.

It would also be worth connecting with local Hosts through Airbnb Local Host Clubs. By joining the club, you may also be able to get in touch with Hosts from Pune and get to know more about the local process. I am sorry authorities were not aware of Airbnb model and they refuse to understand or support it. Please guide how to deal with this. It's becoming a difficult task for hosting in hosting society even with the additional rules and regulations of society set by the host.
