Thanks, @Elisa , for your response and for tagging the other hosts. I am based in Vancouver, and StreetKey works there among other 2 cities; what do you think about using scores like those used on the ** (safety 80/100, vibe 78/100, etc.)? Would that be helpful and more straightforward for the guests?

@Gent2  since you are based in Vancouver, may I know your opinion? I am also based in Vancouver, and StreetKey is available there among other 2 cities; what do you think about using scores like those used on the StreetKey website (safety 80/100, vibe 78/100, etc.)? Would that be helpful and more straightforward for the guests? Is it worth paying for this information?

Honestly, I'm not sure they use it.  But I can also cut and paste from it for specific recommendations.

I think of it like a hotel guide.  There if needed.

I have actually made my own personal guide using google docs.  I break it down by key facts about the city (kind of some little known things like corporate headquarters for brands known nationally = Hallmark and Russel Stovers)

Restaurants - local ones especially the old established AND dives.

Bars same as above

Music

shopping, churches (a link), close attractions.

Groceries, liquor stores.

Then I created a tiny URL:  https://tinyurl.com/KCGuidebyDenise

Hello @Ahmed-Osama0  I provide details of the neighborhood in the section of my listing "Where you'll be" (Neighborhood highlights). I try to include as much information there about my neighborhood and its unique characteristics that make it an ideal beach town, as well as its proximity to major attractions Guests that come to south Florida are interested in ☺️  I also update my Guidebooks frequently so that Guests have access to some really nice local recommendations! Wishing you the best in updating your listing! Helen
