New Fee Structure

I don’t like the new fee structure. Airbnb is forcing us to raise our rates by 15.5% to hide the guest service fee. Transferring the cost of the guest fee to the owner and then forcing us to raise our rates is deceptive. Airbnb looks great to the guest because it looks like they are not charging the guest a fee but we have to raise our rates to have the guest pay for it anyway. I do not want to raise my nightly rate by 15.5%. Leave the fees as they are.
