I'm new to hosting and would like to know if anyone is actually viewing my listings. Apparently there is an insights menu, but its not showing up on the app or browser. I've logged out of all devices and reloaded the app but to no avail. There's suggestions that because I'm new its replaced by the New to Airbnb? "Get started" button but even after viewing that it stays there and no insights menu appears. It's as if I have to not be new to see the insights menu which doesn't make sense

Thanks for taking the time to answer. I had professional tools in use, but still no go. However, I was able to work it out. As I was new the place where the menu option should have been was cover by a getting started selection. By inviting a co-host - they were not considered new and they got the insights menu option. So we can check only as the co-host!!!

You need to turn on Professional Hosting Tools in your Account Settings to see the Insights and Performance Menus:

Yes....Airbnb's splash page for new hosts covers the Insights and Earnings Tab in the App. It has been reported, but sounds like it is still happening. Co Hosts have a different page view than Owners.
Did you complete all the required sections in the New Host Getting Started area? If you did, and the Insights and Earnings Tab is still obscured, you would need to contact Airbnb CS and advise them. Have you tried accessing Insights on a computer instead of the App?
Hi there, I'm a host for 6 years, and I'm having a similar problem, so I thought it might not actually be connected to you being new. In a nutshell I click on my Insights page, it opens for a couple of seconds, then suddenly it reverts back to my host dashboard. It's been at least 8 hours since it doesn't work - at least for me. I reported it to CS, they admitted there is "a glitch" and they're working on it now.
I've been actually wondering whether the Insights menu is really showing the right data, because there seem to be factual mistakes in it. But that's another topic.

Yes...current bug with Insights Page disappearing. Reported to Airbnb. See this thread:
So I worked it out and the get around. As you are new its hidden!! Invite a co-host and then log onto their account and you'll see the insights. I guess after your first review the menu will show insights

I couldn’t get the insights to work. However, I invited my wife as a cohost and she was able to see the insights! So problem kind of solved. Thanks again to Joan for her suggestions

Just a heads up...
The performance page has been disappearing the last few days and it's been reported to Airbnb. Every time you select Insights, the Performance page pops up for a second or to and then disappears.
