Hello to all fellow hosts,
Just been onto my listing and have noticed some great changes and it's because of the New Winter release that came out 4 hours ago! So If you want to see what's changed click below:
All the best

Tried that. Didn't work.
Curious to know if we have to opt in for each listing as well!
@Kaleigh12 Also confirming that you only need to opt-in once from your Host account and not opt-in individually for each listing.
Hello Bhumika-
How can I know if I opt-in? I want to make sure I do not miss any updates nor bugs in the system that can cause income loss or guest issues.
Thank you so very much.
Same! signed out of all devices, deleted then redownloaded the app. Nothing
Same here - I just found at the bottom of the Airbnb page about the listings page update that the Winter Release Updates are only available to hosts with 6 or fewer properties at the moment. I've been searching all over for how to get the new listings page so we can update our lisitings with the new update - as it is, we've been pushed to the back of the search pages for our area because all of the hosts with 6 or fewer listings have been able to make all the updates and we haven't. Not sure why the number of listings you have matters.
Hi @Wendy533 @Kaleigh12 , After looking at the number of listings in your profile (seems like both of you have more than 6 listings) and adding to @Gabrielle398 's comments , It looks like the listing tabs update is currently available to Hosts with six or fewer listings. Sharing the article referenced by @Gabrielle398 here : Introducing the Listings tab . It is written at the bottom of the article.
Well that's a bummer! LOL
Sorry @Wendy533 @Kaleigh12 for the back and forth, also just confirming something : Have you tried re-clicking on the early access button from this link : https://www.airbnb.ca/release/host ?
I reached out to the tech team for further advice and seems like : the only thing that is not available to hosts with over 6 listings is the List of Listings view. This means that if Host has successfully opted in, listings will not be viewable through the listing cards. Rather, they will be displayed on list view like how it is before (which might explain the look has not changed for you as you have more than 6 listings). For the other features like Preview Arrival Guide and AI Photo Tour, Host should be able to access once they opt in.
I'm still not able to access those features - not that I can find. Was anyone else able to find them?
Even we can not
@Bhumika The listings tab appears at the bottom of the app but everything looks the same.
We have found it a disaster that there is no preview and no ‘back’ option to revert to the original listing. Our room photos were messed about and now if we have more than one photo of a room we cannot control which one is first.
The new system in setting up shows us Bedroom, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3. Then they get switched around for guests who see Bed 2 as 1, Bedroom without number as bedroom 2 and 3 as 3.
The questions for amenities questions are weird double negatives, where you have to guess whether sliding the tab is yes I have that or no I don’t.
The question as to whether there are firearms in the house for example is quite a geographical niche one for example.
It is so US orientated in language that it becomes difficult to follow in Uk , or Europe. A phrase like “this unit is not a good fit for 2-12 year olds” does not make sense in English as spoken in UK.
Did anyone actually test drive this software? Or are we all just testers and consumables for Airbnb who only care about guests and money? Ian
