Regarding the photo tour issues, could you let me know which specific listing you're experiencing issues with when exploring photo tour? I noticed you have multiple listings, and I want to make sure I pass the correct information to the Technical team, so that they can look into this.
Thanks @Joelle43! Naturally I did click through all those possibilities, which are informative! But YTD earnings are a very different kettle of fish than booked earnings for the year. I run two businesses and need this kind of info on the reg. Sad that Airbnb has removed the ease of getting it. I can and will simply export all the info into a spreadsheet. (By the way, that's the only way of insuring your "nights booked" data is accurate.)
@Bhumika I asked for the year's total, not the year-to-date total. Meanwhile one listing has gotten the photo tour, but I'm fine with leaving the other two alone for now.
My totals are showing up incorrectly, not even close to the right prices.

Thank you so much for sharing all your feedback and questions in our Community. Could you please confirm if, after opting into the new release, you are now able to see the new features? I've seen in another comment that you couldn't before, so I just wanted to check if this situation has changed. As our lovely Host @Joelle43 mentioned, have you tried using a different search engine? If you still can't see the new features, could you please confirm which device and app version you are using? so that I can pass over this issue to the technical team.
Regarding the totals that are displaying incorrectly, could you please provide some screenshots to illustrate this?
Lastly, I want to confirm that you only need to opt in for the winter release once per account.
My photos are now all completely frozen, there's a grey line slash through on photo tour, I can't even edit a single photo let alone make a tour. I have a desktop Mac. Hellllllp.

I'm so sorry not to have answered sooner. November in New York is always so busy!
Some great things have happened:
-I was able to do the photo tour on the mobile app
-I figured out how to add and remove rooms
-I can rearrange photos and choose new cover photos as before
I think the new photo tour is fantastic. When you look at the photos in each room, you can quickly see how one room might need more or fewer photos, or more or fewer angles and shots. I think the groupings also accommodate the occasional close-up more effectively than the old photo stream.
Overall a good editing tool.

It seems Superhost in no longer a search filter criteria for guests.
So all the effort we put in has been negated and new hosts with a few 5 star reviews have the new Guests Favourite filter trumping Superhost.
Why do we bother?

Hi @Tony-And-Una0 ! I can confirm the Superhost filter has been removed. This is to simplify some of the search filters and adding a new Guest Favorites filter to help guests find some of the most-loved homes on the platform. Guests will still be able to see whether their Host is a Superhost on the listing page.
On a side note, have you explored other features and updates of the Winter Release 2023 ? We look forward to hear your feedback about them!

I always search superhost when booking. Mainly to avoid my booking being cancelled.
What's the actual criteria for "guests favourite". Actual data plase Cancellation rates etc. What period is this measured over?
@Tony-And-Una0 Airbnb uses its typical vague, you-can't-pin-us-down-on-this language for "guest favorite" criteria:
"Guest Favorites have excellent reviews and are rated above 4.9 stars on average." (Emphasis mine.)
So you're going to see 4.9, 4.8, 4.7, and below in the "guest favorite" category. Nothing wrong with those numbers. But why then mention 4.9 at all? The average across 2 million hosts doesn't matter when a guest stays at a "guest favorite" 4.7 and finds missing amenities or an unresponsive host.
Superhost, on the other hand, is awarded individually according to a host's behavior and hosting. It's not awarded as an average across millions of hosts.
Airbnb probably tried hard to get guests to care about Superhost enough to use the filter, but I don't think it gained real traction. The more experienced a guest becomes, the more filters he or she or they is likely to use. But new users probably use the fewest filters and are more likely to filter by price or location than by Superhost.
Why remove Superhost? Guest heavily rely on this, as well as hosts. My area is filled with short-term rentals and I have restrictions of 30 days or more, so I have less chance of being discovered, as the turnover and less frequent guests and opportunity for reviews.
