New fee structure.

New fee structure.

I have made the switch to the new fee structure. All my prices have been updated to include Airbnb and host fee. My problem is that when I go into 2027 prices and want to put the 2027 rates in, they are already showing an updated figure . e.g £80 is is the figure that Airbnb carried forward as I had not put in my 2027 prices, so it has been updated to £92.  But when I go into to change the rate - e.g £100 it saves that rate but does not automatically update to include the new fees.  I am doing this on a laptop in the UK.  I have tried the chat line but I cannot get a sensible answer, it keeps telling me they will be added at checkout, but I thought this new system was to avoid that.  Any advice please?

When moving to the new fee structure, airbnb will update your excisting prices if using the "update" tool.

It is a "one-off" action, a service to smoothly transfer to the new fee structure.

If you change your prices after that, you need to calculate the right price yourself.
