New license in Scotland

Here in Scotland UK.  They’re introducing a license system.  Myself, I’m just a small guest house for single travelers. As I’m semi retired. I don’t have many. Perhaps two or three a month. Ask. can anyone tell if I have to pay out money to the Council to get planning permission. When I don’t need any.  Has it connected to my house and no extensions have taken place.

@Jennie213 Far better to have a look at this website rather than have all sorts of wrong info given to you. It seems to vary massively depending on where you are and what you specifically offer.
