Hello Airbnb Support Team,
I am writing regarding a long-standing issue with the visibility of my listing.
I have been hosting on Airbnb for approximately three years, however during this time I have received very few inquiries and almost no bookings. Recently, I have been receiving bookings through VRBO for the same apartment, which suggests that demand exists, but my Airbnb listing may not be appearing correctly in search results.
It feels as though my apartment cannot be found on Airbnb at all, as I do not even receive inquiries. I have tested this by searching in incognito mode with multiple date ranges and filters, and my listing does not appear.
I would also like to note that I am using Hosthub as a channel manager, with calendars and availability synced across platforms. My availability is open and up to date, and there are no restrictions that should prevent the listing from being visible.
Could you please investigate whether:
My listing is being suppressed or limited in search results
There are any technical or visibility issues affecting my account
My use of a channel manager is impacting my ranking or discoverability
I would appreciate confirmation that my listing is fully active and appearing correctly to potential guests.
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Christina

Yes I see what you mean. I put in Walworth, 6 guests, dates that you have available, and then I had to zoom in on the map before I could see the listing. It's there, but it doesn't seem to be ranking well.
You could go through the items in the Listings tab in detail and make sure you've added all that you can. For example, you'll see most listings have significantly more than 9 amenities ticked. The completeness is not only important for the guest looking, but also for the search bot.
Your photo editor may be set up incorrectly - presently it causes your main page to show 6 guests, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bath. If this isn't right, add the correct room folders in the photo editor, move the photos to the correct rooms, and tick the amenities inside each folder. The main page will auto-update.
It's also an issue that you have many other bookings in place, giving the Airbnb bot little chance to "learn" that you accept bookings from it and that those bookings are successfully completed. To drive more Airbnb traffic in the remaining stretches that you have available, you could consider lowering the price (if feasible) and/or relaxing some terms (such as the 3-night minimum).

Thank you so much for this advice will give it a go and see what happens.
I get bookings on VRBO and Bookings but nothing on Airbnb will give this a go and see what happens.
