Non-Refundable discount rate isn't showing

I have our listing set as "Strict Non- Refundable" but the 10% discounted rate only shows up when searching or selecting dates within 30 days.  Outside of 30 days it only displays the full $ refundable rate on map & reservation listing with the no refund option not showing. (I'm quite certain it showed on map & resv. till this past week - not sure what changed?)

I realize many hosts do not like the 10% discounting option but it has been a positive for us/ in our market getting started.  Thx

The non-refundable option only shows when specific conditions are met.

A reservation would be eligible if the check-out date is within 60 days
