Not getting paid, complaint proceedure.

I identified a week ago that Air B&B have not paid me for a reservation back in January. It has been 7 days and I still have not been paid and I have been given no answers as to why I was not paid and why I have still not been paid. The guest has confirmed that they have paid Air B and B.
I am completley unsatisfied with how this has been handled.
I have asked that issue be escalted and be treated as an official complaint, to which I have been given no response.

Does anyone know how to escalate a complaint with Air B&B?.... the help centre conviently has no information on this that I can find.

All you can do is call them back and speak to the case manager dealing with your situation @Richard1884  Chasing up via social media too is a good idea.
