Hi All,
My wife and I are hosts of a single property. We have received payouts to our investec bank account up until Feruary 2025 when they suddenly stopped. We have been onto AirBnB consultant a number of time, reloaded bank details, called the bank, but now luck. We have multiple payments that are building up.
Any idea how we can figure out what's going on? AirBnB can't seem to help although our bank details are correct and our banks have not received any funds.
Any helps would be massively appreciated.

Can you remember whether you've completed the Reserve Bank mandate for 2025?
Hi Shelly, not that I am aware of. It's doesn't ring a bell. We received payouts for almost a year and they just stopped. Do you think it could be this reserve bank mandate you have mentioned?

Yes if you don't complete the mandate every December, Airbnb doesn't have Reserve Bank approval to transfer foreign funds into your account for the next calendar year. Bidvest is appointed to run the process.
Here's the help article. If you don't recall completing the mandate for 2025, use the email address for Bidvest at the bottom of the article to contact them.
