I usually get paid on time, but this time I haven't received my payment for the last two bookings. One was on June 24, and the other was on July 2nd. Please, can anyone help me figure out what's going on?
I hope this helps. If you click Menu and then click Earnings, you'll see that you can scroll down to a list of past and scheduled payments. Each payment shows its status, and you can click it for more information.
If the reason for the two payments not coming through is still unclear, click through to the Help Center and message Support with the relevant reference numbers.
