Not receiving a Payout from Airbnb

Dear all,

I've been a member on Airbnb now for many years and I never had payout issues.

However it's been 15 days now that the tenants left my house, and Airbnb does not pay me. I contact heir help center over the phone and they say they don't know when I will get paid. They say the Airbnb finance dept will contact me, but they never do. The last Airbnb representative actually did advise me to take legal action against the company if needed.

I have contacted my lawyer already and if the payment is done by beginning next week, we will file a lawsuit against airbnb.

I understand other property owners are also having this issue. 

Can we please share experiences to together fight against the company for not paying us and not positioning us as to what is happening....

I am having the same problem.  I had guests stay 12/31-1/2/2020.  I know they paid Airbnb.  But I have not received my payout.  It has been 18 days.  I have contacted them 8 times.  There seems to be no one to talk to or no resolve.  What is going on?  Have they been hacked?
