I was looking for occupancy rate for a suburban- residential area- does Airbnb offer that when signing up to host?

How did you figure out what the occupancy rate for your properties would look like?

No it's up to you as the business owner to do your market research around likely occupancy rates.

You can use tools like Airdna, local tourism footfall reports, inward investment reports etc.

Many markets are oversaturated with falling demand so do your market research carefully  @Diana2234
