Old Transaction History not available - needed for tax purposes

Hi All

I need to download payouts for the period 01 March 2020 to 28 Feb 2021. This is for tax purposes. 

Transaction history does not show anything for these periods, although I know I did have tenants during this time.

Can anyone advise on how to get these?

I tried it for different time periods and all info is displayed, even when selecting a time period many years ago..

Are you using "gross earnings" or "completed payouts" ?

Did you also try to download CSV file ?

Thanks for the response.

I have tried both "gross earnings" or "completed payouts". Both result in a message "You do not have any transactions. For the dates, listings, and payout method currently selected"

When I download the csv file this is empty.

Any other thoughts?
