Good Afternoon,

I am in search of an investor that can help me finish up a few modifications so we can start generating some revenue maybe before Christmas. This condo is in Ponte Vedra Bch, FL inside the SeaHawk subdivision in Ponte Vedra Lakes. I was going to sell because of a few issues, however I would much rather keep it and make some money! Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You start by promoting the benefits of such an investment. Why would an investor want to pay for you to do your renovations.

 

If you have equity in your property why can't you remortgage?
