Paused payouts

I can see that I am not alone here - on 27th June received a notice that payouts would be paused until I could provide verification though a scanned ID. I did so immediately and received notice on 30th June that the account was verified and payments would resume. They haven't. 19 days later and many calls and messages I am still not receiving payments. Each time I am told that it will be escalated to the "specialist team" and then the ticket is closed.

My question is this - I have a dozen or so bookings coming up, none of which I am confident I am going to get paid for - do I cancel them or ask them to pay directly?

@Scott1590 Airbnb seems to have some issues with payments. Every time we get a reservation Airbnb tells us they don't have a payment method. I just ignore this as, thankfully, we are still being paid.

Let's make sure you can get paid

We don’t have a way to send you the money you’ll earn hosting yet. Add a payout method to get paid.

In your case I would just continue to host and, when money starts to get tight, take Airbnb to the small claims court. This will get their attention and you should then get paid.
