Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing the same issue as lot of people here : no payout for a rental which started on July 18th and ended a week ago now, payment still "pending" (it says "July 19th"...). I reached support by phone two times (July 26th and August 4th), same answer : "technical problem, we are transfering your problem to the "team in charge". No following of the issue.
We are August 9th now !!!!!!!!!!! What is the problem ???????
Note : my guests made the reservation and paid in january. ABB got the money for 6 months...
