It's my first time as a host and today I have my first family and I have no payment in my bank 

What do I do? How do I know that I will be paid?

@Irene1119 Check out your dashboard . look under your 'reservation ' and it will open and show you your payment which is always taken before the guest arrives, it is just that Airbnb keep it in escrow for the first thirty days just in case you are a scammer . Read and get to know yoyr messages , emails and all the different areas . there are a lot . the answer is at your finger tips . H
