It's been 2 months now that airbnb holds my money and doesn't send them to my account. I spoke so many times with the support team, they always say they will do their best by nothing happens. A specialised team was supposed that needed more details about my account. They asked extra details about my company, I ve send them all but still nothing happened. The support team send me a message that due to Policy the cannot help anymore.
Still they are holding the money of 5 reservations and they don't send them. What should I do? Isn't that illegal and unethical?
