To solve the issue, here’s what worked for me, and it might help others with the same problem:
You need to contact Payoneer support using the account with which you originally sent an application using AirBnb (making it as your payout method) and ask them to "unlink AirBnb from my account."
In my case, Payoneer successfully removed the AirBnb link from my dad’s email (first application email).
Airbnb support also sent a request to Payoneer to unlink Airbnb from that account where I first applied.
The error occurs because AirBnb is linked to Payoneer, and if you try to add a second Payoneer email as a payout option, it won’t work—even if you delete the first payment method.
Once Airbnb was unlinked, the issue was resolved, that message was gone and I could add my new Payoneer account.
