Payoneer account problem

So couple of months ago I have opened AirBnb and as Payout option I have Payoneer with my dad's email. 

On the Payoneer they have verified his ID immediately, but address verificaton took almost 10 tries and all of them failed. So we decided to abandon that and just use my own Payoneer, since I have Payoneer card already.

 

However when tried to add different Payoneer I got this message:

After that I have contacted Payoneer to basically just remove this Payoneer application from their system and to remove AirBnb as funding source on my dad's Payoneer. 

They have did that but when I try to add my Payoneer this message still appears. 

I have been trying going from Payoneer support to AirBnb support so many times. But the issue is still not resolved. 


Does anyone had some similar issue and how did you resolved it?

To solve the issue, here’s what worked for me, and it might help others with the same problem:

 

You need to contact Payoneer support using the account with which you originally sent an application using AirBnb (making it as your payout method) and ask them to "unlink AirBnb from my account."

 

In my case, Payoneer successfully removed the AirBnb link from my dad’s email (first application email).

 

Airbnb support also sent a request to Payoneer to unlink Airbnb from that account where I first applied.

 

The error occurs because AirBnb is linked to Payoneer, and if you try to add a second Payoneer email as a payout option, it won’t work—even if you delete the first payment method.

 

Once Airbnb was unlinked, the issue was resolved, that message was gone and I could add my new Payoneer account.
