Payout Problem

Payout Problem

Dear Airbnb Support,

L, and I am contacting you regarding a serious issue with a missing payout linked to my former Airbnb host account (registered with this email: ).

Although my account has since been removed by Airbnb, this is not the main concern. The critical issue is a payout of $955 USD, sent on April 2, 2026, which I have not received.

At the time this payout was issued, my bank details were entered incorrectly. As a result, the bank should have rejected the transfer and returned the funds back to Airbnb.

One week before my account was removed, I corrected my banking details, and a subsequent payout was successfully processed and received in my updated USD account. This confirms that my current banking information is valid and working correctly.

However, the $955 payout from April 2, 2026 is still unaccounted for, and I urgently need clarification on its status:

* Was the transfer rejected and returned to Airbnb?
* If yes, where are the funds now?
* When will the amount be reissued to my correct bank account?

Please note that I currently have no access to my Airbnb account and no direct support channel except this communication. This situation is extremely urgent, as the funds are rightfully mine.

I expect a clear update and immediate action to resolve this matter without further delay.

Thank you for your prompt attention.

Sincerely,

Hiiiii @Karim661  Thank you for explaining the situation clearly. Based on what you described, if the original payout was sent using incorrect banking details, it is possible the receiving bank rejected the transfer and returned the funds to Airbnb. Since your later payout was successfully received after updating your bank information, that helps confirm your current payout method is valid.

At this stage, the most important step is for Airbnb’s Payments team to confirm, whether the April 2, 2026 payout was returned,
the current status of the funds, and whether the payout can now be reissued to the corrected bank account. Because you no longer have account access, requesting direct assistance from the Payments team and a written update on the transaction trace or return status is completely reasonable. I hope this gets resolved quickly, especially since the payout appears to remain unresolved rather than disputed. Best Regards.

Yes, that's right, you understood me perfectly. They still refuse to understand.
