We are in the fortunate position that we own some Airbnb and also CoHost some we have two bank accounts on our account and I am in the understanding that if one account is the Default account the other account you have to allocate what property they receice the payout from ....

We have just taken on a couple of new properties which I presume will automatically go into the Default account , however if I wanted to split these two , how would I do that ... Also can you as a CoHost seperate the Cleaning fee into one account and the Accommodation into another automatically !!!

As an experienced cohost I am sure you're aware the best way to set up listings for your client is to help them set up the listing in their name for transparency. @Paul-and-Sally-Anne0 

It doesn't matter how you have set up accounts for properties you own. 

listings set up in owners name 

1. Majority of income goes into owners account

2. cohost fee goes to you

3. Cleaner fees goes to the cleaner

Yes it is simple 🤦‍♂️ and maybe I hadn’t explained properly I want to set up a pay rule as I have two bank accounts set up in the Airbnb account so we keep some of the CoHost fees going to one account and some of the other CoHost fees going to the other account
