Hi - Airbnb paid 700€ less on a booking I received, guests are in my apartment no. I think something went wrong in the payment system. Where can I report this? Thank you
But first you should check your Transaction History about the figures and the status of the reservation involved. If received less then expected some reasons could be:
- There is money deducted because of pending refunds for other reservations.
- It is a "long term reservation", then payouts are made in installments (listed in Upcoming payouts)
I did not realize for stays over 28days the payout comes in installments. I looked in Upcoming Payments there and indeed it shows the 2nd part of the payment.
