Payout mehtods problem

Hi, I rented out my home on Airbnb from July 23 to August 5. I added my bank details to receive the payout, and Airbnb processed the payment. However, the local bank stated that they could not complete the transaction and would return the funds. The payment was returned to Airbnb on August 19, but I have not received any notification from you. Please assist me in receiving my payment
