Payout not released since january 2024- Montreal

It is truly disheartening, I just want to share my story. I am a host and have been hosting for quite a while with a good rate of bookings. After Airbnb changed their interface, I had a hard time finding the transactions page and then just trusted Airbnb with the process. Then I started noticing that the payout were not coming or very small payouts.

I found out on mid-April 2024 that Airbnb has not been releasing some of my payouts since January 2024, accumulating to 3k worth of payout, I tried contacting Airbnb through chat and phone, and nothing was ever solved. There is always someone on the phone or chatting saying they will contact the specialized department, but never got back to me. After 3 weeks of battling with Airbnb, I am truly tired, all I ask is that Airbnb release my due payout. Yes my payout method is verified and I have been receiving other payout but somehow a few are upheld, which amount to a total of 3k.

My payouts is still not released. Now Airbnb owes me about 8000 CAD worth of payout. Me and my family is struggling to live and buy food while we still work everyday to keep our guests happy, in the hope of getting the payout. This is absolutely outrageous how Airbnb has treated us.

Now Airbnb is blaming Paypal, we tried contacting Paypal and paypal did not find a trace of that transaction.

I changed my payout method and hopefully we will get the payout eventually.
