Payout Not received. Air bnb customer service not helpful. Finance team never gets back

This is about my payout which was released on 1st May. i have still not received it. Air bnb is not helping with a bank ref no to check with the bank as they have asked me too.. ive contacted customer services multiple times and they say the finance team will get back but no one does. all i need is the bank reference no is that so iffucult to get. it just seems fishy that u guys cannot share it. @Brian @Amanpreet1
