Payout on hold - no help from support

Payouts OF $6000 delayed for over 2 weeks. Apparently due to KYC issues but no one from support has emailed me with a list of documents that are outstanding and . i have numerous calls with support, 2 cases logged  (#** ) and three emails from support saying 'We assigned your issue to a specialized team member'. 

 

This is my first hosting experience with Airbnb in 7 years and likely to be be last unless this is issues is speedily resolved. 

 

Please help.

Thanks for your message. It appears that everything has been finally resolved and I'm hopeful that the money will hit the account before the end of the week.
