The situation is as follows: I had a guest staying for 3 nights over Christmas, and altered the reservation during his stay to a total of 5 nights.
The payment should be settled directly upon departure on the 29th of December. Nothing received... After calling numerous times the support number I receive the same message over and over again "We are working on this with our technical team".
They closed the case already once without solving this situation, now I'm waiting for some hundreds of euro's...
Any recommendations how this can be solved?
