Payout problem

Hello Airbnb Community and greetings from Amsterdam!...

 

I am facing an issue with the Airbnb Superhost Support center. Is anyone else having bad experiences with the Support team regarding an Error in the Payout? After your guest departed...

 

The situation is as follows: I had a guest staying for 3 nights over Christmas, and altered the reservation during his stay to a total of 5 nights.

The payment should be settled directly upon departure on the 29th of December. Nothing received... After calling numerous times the support number I receive the same message over and over again "We are working on this with our technical team".

They closed the case already once without solving this situation, now I'm waiting for some hundreds of euro's...

 

Any recommendations how this can be solved?

I did this with a guest, accepted an extra night, and the payment came out of her credit card instantly and came to my paypal about 3 min after.

So, in your case, Airbnb may had issues collecting payment from the guest.

Maybe call them?
